Susan Manca is an Arizona native, was born and raised in Chandler, Arizona. Graduated from Chandler High School (GO WOLVES!) in 2003 and moved to Lake Stevens, Washington to attend college. She soon found out her heart was in Arizona and returned shortly after. From there she spent years in finance, and training at a local Credit Union before deciding to move on to Real Estate in 2011. From there she spent years working for a local investor, Chris Eymann of Sell Wholesale Houses, bidding on houses at the auction for clients and setting up wholesale deals. In 2016 she added residential real estate to her roster and kept it going from there. She currently resides in Queen Creek, Arizona, and has since 2005.
