Lots of buyers aren’t sure where to start when buying houses at trustee sales, and with good reason. There is so much you need to do to get started. At the auction, you must have a cashiers check for $10,000.00 just to bid! There could also be title issues. Are you actually bidding on a 2nd mortgage? How do you know(I DO!)? Did you also know you can only pay cash for these properties, and it is due in full to the trustee the following business day by 5:00 pm?
