Who pays commissions?

The first question most clients ask is “How much does this cost?” Traditionally, in the state of Arizona, the seller pays the commissions. There may be some circumstances where things can change, but the cost of the sale is usually a seller expense. Commissions are always negotiable as there is not a set standard, those costs are usually based on the type of home, land or building.
